The Galmington & Comeytrowe Community Newsletter was established in 1968 by the then church vicar. Starting off as a single sheet of paper the community newsletter has grown significantly with our largest publication being 48 pages. Since 2020 the newsletter has been printed in full colour and since 2022 has had a glossy finish. 

The distribution of the newsletter has also increased over time and is now regularly delivered to approximately 3,000 homes in and around Galmington & Comeytrowe.

The current editor, Priscilla Ryan, has been editing the newsletter since 1992.

Pyrus Media started working with the Galmington & Comeytrowe news during the 2020 lockdown.
